Parent-Teacher Conferences – Thursday, April 10th and Friday, April 11th

Dear Families,

Please be advised that Thursday, April 10th will be a 2:30 PM dismissal day for all students to accommodate in-person Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will begin at 2:45 PM.

Families of students who are in danger of failing or may be referred to summer school are required to attend in-person conferences with their child’s teacher(s) on Thursday. These conversations are critical to ensuring that every student receives the support they need as we approach the end of the school year. If your child falls into this category, please be sure to schedule a time directly with their teacher(s).

While all families are encouraged to schedule conferences—either virtually or in person—we are prioritizing in-person meetings for families of students with academic concerns on Thursday. For those who are unable to meet that day, additional conference slots are available on Friday, April 11th from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.

While you’re in the building for conferences, we invite you to participate in a fun community moment: our “Deck the Halls” spring decorating competition! Each floor will be transformed by our staff into a celebration of the season, and your vote will help determine the winning hallway. This is a big deal to our teachers and staff—bragging rights are on the line!
