ICS Spirit Week 2025: A Celebration of Pride, Joy, and Legacy!

All students are invited to join us for ICS Spirit Week, a four-day celebration of school pride, joyful memories, and the spirit of community that defines Immaculate Conception School. The week kicks off on Tuesday, May 27th with our final Eagle Circle celebration and a high-energy Pep Rally, setting the tone for the days ahead!
Throughout the week, students will enjoy fun dress-down themes, a friendly scrimmage against Brilla Charter School, and a school-wide ice cream party—all centered on celebrating the love we share for ICS.
Participation is $5 per student to help cover the cost of activities and treats throughout the week.
We also warmly invite families and community partners to join us on Saturday, May 31st for our Alumni Homecoming Event—a day to honor all that ICS has been, all that we continue to do, and the legacy our students will carry forward.
The day begins with a Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, followed by school tours and a light reception from 1:00–3:30 PM. We’ll close the day together with a community prayer at 3:30 PM, giving thanks for our shared journey and the future ahead.
Let’s celebrate the legacy of ICS together—with pride, with joy, and with love.
🎉 ICS Spirit Week Dress Down Themes
Tuesday, May 27 – Friday, May 30 (May 31, If You’re Joining for the Alumni Event)
Tuesday, May 27 – Twin Day: Teacher Look-Alike
Dress like your favorite teacher or staff member! Whether it’s a signature scarf, glasses, or a full-on outfit match, have fun mimicking the educators you admire.
Wednesday, May 28 – ICS Pride Day (Scrimmage Day vs. Brilla)
Wear your Blue and Gold to show off your ICS spirit! Face paint, ICS gear, and all the blue and gold accessories you can find are encouraged as we cheer on our Eagles.
The scrimmage begins at 4:30 in the ICS gym. All students and families are welcome to join, but get there early as space is pretty tight
Thursday, May 29 – Sunday’s Best (Mass Day)
In honor of our school-wide Mass, come dressed in your sharpest Sunday Best attire—think respectful, stylish, and celebration-ready.
Given that we will be celebrating the Feast of the Ascension, we ask that students truly abide by the frame for this dress down day out of respect for the day and the church
Friday, May 30 – Costume Day: Dress as Your Favorite Character!
Bring the fun with Character Day! Whether it’s a book character, cartoon, superhero, or movie star (school-appropriate, of course), let your imagination lead the way to close out Spirit Week with joy.
Saturday, May 31 – ICS Legacy Day!
For students joining the alumni event, we ask that students dress in their full school uniform, as the day is intended to reminisce on our alumni’s time at ICS as students.
Brilla Bound Uniform Distribution and Bracelet Making
Uniform Distribution – Wednesday, May 28th
We’re excited to host Brilla Charter School for their Uniform Distribution Day on Wednesday, May 28th to support families in preparing for their next chapter. Families are welcome to stop by at any time during this window to collect their student’s uniform and meet some of the faces they’ll likely see at their new school. Families are also invited to join us for the basketball game where they can also collect uniforms at that time.
Event Schedule:
Uniform Distribution: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Bracelet Making: 3:00-4:00
